FAMILY CONSTITUTION AND OTHER TYPES OF FAMILY AGREEMENTS

The Family Constitution is a moral agreement in writing, reached by family members (and new generations) of a company to regulate its organization and management, as well as the economic and professional relations between the family, its property, and the company.

However, the family constitution is not an end in itself, but the source of an orderly solution to eventual problems, the result of an intra-family communication process, and an operation that allows the family to establish agreements between them and the company. Implementing it is, in itself, its greatest added value.

We support the business family in the preparation and implementation process of the family constitution, as well as other types of agreements that strengthen the cohesion and unity of the business family.
