      Arlette Urrea Vargas has thirty years of experience in the fields of consulting and training, working for over 10 years at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Shewaspartof the work team of Dr. Miguel Ángel Gallo. Currently, she works in the professional practice with Dr. Salvo Tomaselli and is a consultant for the IDB - INVEST on issues of Corporate Governance of Family Business.

      Arlette is a PhD candidate from the Abat Oliva University, Barcelona, Spain, in the field of Family Business. She has a graduate degree in Creation, Strategy, and Management of Small and Medium Enterprises from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, Barcelona, Spain. She has a Licentiate degree in Economics from the University of Costa Rica and is a Certified Public Accountant.

      María Lourdes has extensive experience in the area of educational technology, online and face-to-face training, project management, educational and family psychology; He has also worked in various types of administrative jobs, customer service, human resources and Family Business. He has experience in issues related to Family Business.
      She is a developer and promoter of projects at a social level.
      She is the manager of projects related to the development of technological content such as the creation of videos and audiovisual material for the training carried out by the consultant in charge. With experience creating a website, using the WordPress and Wix platform, building and managing online courses for training Business Families through tools such as Sensei LMS and Moodle.
